Why NPP is needed
Due to in-equality and power imbalance in the Development and Humanitarian sectors, many NNGOs and CSOs struggle to get sustainable funding to keep their programs afloat. these local partners are vital for humanitarian and development assistance of the local communities they represent, yet they are not at the table when it comes to decisions that affect their communities. we want to influence this and accelerate localisation of aid.
What is the NPP
The NGO partner Programme is a global bro bono initiative that supports local actors in the global south to address identified gaps in the humanitarian and development sectors in defined pillars inline with the localisation agenda.
