About Abdulahi Consulting Is an agile development and humanitarian consulting firm based in Dublin. We provide technical and professional consultancy services to a wide range of humanitarian and development actors working in the global South through our five thematic areas. These are, Education and youth, Durable solutions, Research and MERL services, Programme Management and Proposal writing and Training and capacity building.

We are committed to quality service delivery and ensuring our clients are at the centre of all that we do. Abdulahi Consulting is anticipating growth in both portfolio and human resources, thus would like to expand the existing pool of consultants.

Abdulahi Consulting roster members are professionals with extensive humanitarian and development experience. They support our operations globally and are available on short notice for deployment based on client needs. The consultants are experts in their own field with specific core competencies as outlined above.
The include three strands.
Strand 1 is the programme Development team: these are thematic specialists they include key profiles of Education in Emergencies (EiE) Specialists, Child protection Specialists, Youths and Livelihoods Specialists, Durable solutions specialists.
Strand 2 is the Research Team: The research team specialises in Monitoring and Evaluation, needs assessment, tool development and social research and field-based data collection. They support task that require field data collection such as third-party monitoring (TPM), baseline surveys and endline surveys and social research work that involves both qualitive and quantitative data collection, analysis and reporting
Strand 3 is the Business Development Team: The business development team profiles include grant managers, technical proposal writers, fundraising and strategy development specialist. Their role is the technical development of projects including proposal writing, concept notes development and working with clients offering advice on donor compliance, fundraising and resource mobilization. They also align the strategy of LNGOs with their desired funding outcomes, ensuring fit for purpose strategy work with clients.

As a Roster consultant you will be asked to fill in gaps or be part of consulting role in one of our thematic areas so that you help our client to archive their goal by providing expert advice and consultancy services as per the needs of the Project, this could be for Instance an Endline survey, Resettlement research or Inclusive education screening.

Abdulahi Consulting will retain your CV in the database and match your skills and expertise to the calls or projects secured to ensure timely delivery, in this case you will be asked about your availability to take on this project and lead the successful implementation of the project. As such you will not be an employee of Abdulahi Consulting, neither will be remunerated when not on assignment
